Hey! So recently I’ve heard of this method called shifting. Basically where you fall asleep and wake up in your dream. I really wanted to try this for CHB- So I popped on here! If you can help me great!

I've shifted once before, but for some reason i can't do it anymore
But it might take some time so be patient
Some people use methods to shift, but some people just make up their own or just hope for the best lol
Also, you don't need a script to shift, i did it without one
Isn’t Shifting just lucid dreaming but rebranded? But anyways, I’ve never done any shifting, but I think there are good videos on how to Lucid Dream and on How to Shift. Also, orient your thoughts towards CHB, try to keep a storyline in mind.
Thank you guys!
Is shifting or lucid dreaming dangerous?
I think I did this once, but instead of Camp Half-Blood I was with Dr. Thorn, watching Atlas hold up the sky. It freaks me out to this day. Just thought I'd share...
I'm just confused tbh
Is shifting or lucid dreaming dangerous?
There are some things that are dangerous to do in Lucid dreaming (There's a good video on things you should never do when Lucid dreaming by the channel Psych2Go) but it's safe as long as you don't do anything major like trying to revisit, alter or create an IRL memory. I assume the same goes for Shifiting.
None of it is dangerous, especially if you script right!
Hiii! This is a super late post but here's pretty much everthing you should know. First of all, shifting isn't dreaming. You're moving your conscience from one reality to another. So it's not really a dream, it feels exactly like you do now. A lot of people will say lucid dreaming is the same thing but it's not. Depending on the person, it could take a while to shift. But, you could also shift first try. One question I see asked a lot is can you get stuck in your dr (desired reality), you can't! Theres a thing called permashifting which just means you shift and then stay there forever and don't come back, but that's by choice. If you don't want to permashift you just have to have a "safeword" which saying will take you back to your cr (current reality). It took me just under a year to actually shift, and what was holding me back was the mindset of not being able to do it. But, eventually I did! There are several things that can help you shift but rememer, you don't need anything. Lot's of people will have methods which basiclly just help you shift, and a script that you write everything about your dr in. Oh, another thing: We refer to our current reality as our cr and our desired reality as our dr because it helps with the mindset. Other then that, I can't think of anuthing else. Happy shifting!
Omg this is so old
I forgot about my reality shifting obsession 💀
What do you think?
