No, it's not gonna be a poem, I'm too lazy to make one rn
I can later though, maybe When when I'm not feeling so tired (let me know if you want one)
Anyways, this is a post on just some of the insane feats of Heracles. I can't obviously list them all
He wrestled with Apollo. In the Delphic cavern, Apollo came down to fight Heracles, but the two stalemated. Take a moment to appreciate that. Heracles was able to stalemate one of the most powerful Olympian gods in combat. Zeus had to tear them apart with a lightning bolt.
He fought the giants in the Gigantomachy. The Gigantomachy, of course, refers to the original war between the gods and the giants. If not for Heracles, the gods would've lost. Hera prophesied that the gods could only win with the help of a man in Lion's Fur. And of course that was Heracles. Heracles literally dragged a giant out of his homeland so he could kill him. He fought aside Apollo to rescue Ares from one of the giants too.
He held the sky. The sky itself. And unlike in the RV, you can't hold it with your "pure heroes heart" or whatever. It's an actual pure strength feat, worthy of the gods.
He was able to drag Cerberus out of the underworld. Heracles asked if he could bring Cerberus up to earth to end his trials. Hades agreed, but said he couldn't use any weapons. So Heracles literally dragged Cerberus out of The Underworld
He is able to defeat basically entire armies (Amazon army)
He killed Scylla, one of the monsters who guards to Sea Of Monsters (let's just call it that)
He killed the Nemean Lion with his bare hands (choked it)
He slayed Geryon, a massive 3 headed giant (much more powerful and large than he was in the RV)
He casually strangled snakes when he was a baby
He killed the giants Antaeus, who was a giant who was nearly invincible...
And those are just some...
Still think Achilles is better than him? Well for one, in the OG myths he's not invincible. Also, Achilles was literally destroyed by a minor river god in The Iliad. Heracles stalemated Apollo.
Anyways, yeah, I just wanted to show how strong he is... he's easily the greatest hero ever (in greek mythology.) He has a million other feats too.
