I’M SORRY ABOUT WILL AND MAGNUS 👉👈
also Tower of Nero wasn’t out yet (or I probably hadn’t read it yet at the time) when I wrote this so I didn’t know they both glowed. But yeah they are very similar even in other aspects so... sorry
I personally felt like this was another case of “Oh, you need a happy ending? Let’s find you a romantic partner”. That’s the main reason why I didn’t like Piper’s ending.
Woah ok I’m confused but it’s fine
The Chase family was descended from Frey, isn’t that why Randolph was able to hold Skofnung?
I don’t think it’s possible to follow two different gods’ paths, I think there’s a point where you can dabble with different gods to find the path you want to follow but I’m not really sure
Or you know make her spend time with her dad like she always wanted
Happy endings don’t need to end with romance
Honestly agree, and I was very scared to admit that because a lot of people don’t like that decision. But I feel like its similar to the debate on whether you kill one person to save a big group of persons or you let the other people die just so that you won’t kill that one person if that makes sense.
I feel like it would’ve been character development for Piper to sacrifice herself like she does care about people.
But I always thought that at one point, Jason and Piper trade, Piper would go make a deal with someone or something and then Jason lives and she dies or something like that. But that would be very inconvenient to the plot.
So yeah I agree
I feel like at one point in time, Jason hate was even more powerful than Piper hate
But I love Jason so
I chose meh cause it fluctuates between like and dislike
Yeah, I just get pretty defensive with people that I respect
Magnus could have gotten his eyes from the Chases since Randolph has gray eyes
But idk about Estelle, maybe from a descendant or was blessed by Poseidon if that’s possible.
And also, everyone makes mistakes, no need to say mean things
I thought somehow Percy was hosting Jason or something, I thought they merged into one person cause he starts knowing things he shouldn’t like about fighting and stuff and because they were supposed to find Percy. Yeah, it was weird.
Imma just pretend I didn’t see this
I kinda agree with most except for Jason isn’t an amazing character and that Caleo wasn’t rushed
Don’t think he should’ve blamed Percy but at the same time, finding something/someone to blame is a lot of people’s coping mechanisms so I get where he’s coming from even though I don’t necessarily agree with it
Um...I respectfully disagree
Idk, I loved Jason from the start soo
I really agree with the part that you don’t need to have someone who looks exactly like you to identify with them, this is probably besides the point but I am a poc whose race isn’t really displayed in movies much but I can relate to so many characters because of the struggles that they had to go through
Anyways, I would prefer Percy to be his race in the books, but I’m not totally against a poc playing him
Also I think this is the opinion of everyone who would like Percy to he white, they’d prefer it but they wouldn’t hate the series if he was played by a poc
People who are saying that are not white people dYiNg tO bE oPpReSsEd, they want to have a series that is completely accurate to the books seeing as how the movies were awful.
