I like Carparo's coloring, but the characters look, well, a bit weird.
Viria's good with characters but John's better with covers.
Wow. Percy's definitely not Piper's type.
Reyna
You don't like Piper? well, I don't really care about her, but for some reason I see many people who hate her. She's not the best character, but she seemed okay...
The book portrays it. It's not like Sally's a actual person. That's why I meant by "portrayed" (by Rick)
I think that's so unethical, but overall I guess she was tired and hurt by Gabe, and she was portrayed a good person overall in the book, so.
Sally's choice to protect Percy was to marry a abusive person called Gabe. But just because he's abusive doesn't mean she can just make him into stone and sell him for money.
How is selling it the worst part? She isn't chopping him up, she's petrifying him and then selling him off as a statue. For one, while this isn't a big excuse, they potentially needed the money. Also, Rick wrote it to be like an underlying joke even though we all know she 'killed' him. Also, as I said, she could have done it at a time of abuse since we know Gabe's abusive.
Well, she's not chopping it up, but because Gabe's a abusive and bad person he should be turned into a statue? Gabe should be punished but why is it up to Sally to decide whatever to do with him?
Gabe should be punished a lot more than Sally... But it's still her that decided to make him into stone, and she was the one who sold it. I just don't think it's up to her to decide what to do with someone (even though the person is, well, stone). And making money with it? Yeah, she needed money, but I think the money she earned from selling Gabe statue is dirty.
But I guess she tried. HARD. But I never think she is a good person.
NeutralFrankenstein AGREE
Yeah, I agree with the self defense part. And Apollo. He's horrible. He killed innocent people as @ReMyriad said. However, that does not counterproof that Sally Jackson's actions were wrong.
@Bookworm440 I thought Sally killed Gabe on purpose. If not, the way she writes to Percy is kinda like as if that whole chang to stone part was a joke. And she sold it. SOLD it. I think that's just wrong...
Well I don't think she should have made Gabe into a stone. Well, she could have sent him to jail or use other methods. But I really don't think it wasn't equal. (although Gabe was a bad person)
Are they good in modern greek?
There's black and white, but no grey. Athena kids can be either good or bad at reading. And they can differ by indivisuals.
Why can't there be GREY?
@AGuyWithNoMilk REALLY?
@Box692119 I don't think so.. but what you said was pretty funny.
Boy, Asian (not so dark, but not so light), average height, dark hair (straight, length to cover my forehead), dark eyes, athletic build, not that skinny, not overweight. I really don't know. I'm not pale, so not Nico I guess, so probably
IF DREW WAS A BOY I'D SAY SHE WOULD LOOK LIKE ME.
@FangirlGodess you suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuure?
