Aethiopian Satyrs are a subspecies of satyr that appear in the e-book series Demigods of Olympus. Unlike their vegetarian cousins, Aethiopian satyrs are carnivorous, and are known to eat other satyrs. They live under the South Congress Bridge in Austin, Texas. Aethiopian satyrs are vaporized by sweet tea, but only when the tea is swallowed and the tea is not diluted. Diluted tea will only put them to sleep.
History[]
Sam Greenwood had once gone to Austin where was attacked by a cannibal satyr . As he ran away he crashed into a peddler's cart, sending tea in all directions. He turned around and he no longer saw the Ethiopian satyr and ran away, unaware that the tea had vaporized him.
