Ondina, an ahogada.
An ahogada is the ghost of a deceased child who drags other children to their deaths. They are shells of who they were in life.

Paola Santiago and the River of Tears[]
Paola Santiago encounters an ahogada named Ondina in her dreams. A hoard of them later attack the Camp of the Niños de la Luz, but Pao manages to repel them with her flashlight.
Franco, Naomi, and Marisa were attacked by a swarm of ahogada while trying to close The Rift. Franco was assumed to have been turned into an ahogada himself, but it was later revealed that he survived, and had instead been dragged through the rift and taken prisoner by La Llorona.
After being lured to the Gila by Ondina, Emma Lockwood was dragged under the river by a pack of ahogada.
