The Bakabs (pronounced "bah-KAHB") are four divine brothers who hold up the corners of the world.[1]
History[]
The Bakabs are four Giants that hold up the sky—North, South, East, and West—they used to work for Hurakan. Respectively, their names are Cantzicnal, Hosanek, Hobnil and Saccimi. They're assigned the colors white, yellow, red and black, and the Muluc, Cauac, Kan and Ix years.[2]
