A cadejo is a large carnivores dog with glowing green eyes. They can be appeased by licking the saliva of their victims off of their victim’s hands.

When at a rest stop in the Mojave Desert, Paola Santiago is attacked by five cadejo, taking out four with Dante’s Arma del Alma and offering her saliva to the last one.
