Cheol is a member of the Gumiho Clan and high ranking tour guide in Jiok.

The Last Fallen Moon

When Hattie Oh started to slip into the Spiritrealm during her sleeping spells, he became her tour guide. One day when they were having lunch, they overheard a dog talking about a girl named Riley looking for her sister. After Hattie realized who Yeowu is talking about and they go to the Hungry Beasts Petting Zoo and Café to find her already sentenced. After learning of Riley’s plan to make Heo Jun the Gom's new patron god, he gives the Oh sisters and Dahl his keys to heaven and hides Riley’s brand as he and Yeowu cover for Riley.

However he and Yeowu are found out and taken to Eternity Island. Cheol tells Riley to focus on her friends as Pash pushes him and Yeowu off. However Yeowu grabs Pash's gavel and the two are saved by two protesters and Hattie and Dahl. After the CFOs are taken care of and Hattie chooses to stay in the Spiritrealm, he agrees to watch over her. After learning all members of the gifted community have lost their powers, he tests it out and sadly confirms it.

The Last Fallen Realm

Cheol and Yeowu take part in the protests of the realms merging.

After Hattie is elected mayor of the Spiritrealm, he and Yeowu act in Hattie’s place during the school week.

Appearance

Cheol is an old man with salt and pepper hair and mouse like features.

Personality

Cheol is a humble man with many insecurities about reincarnation, however he starts to shed these insecurities after meeting Hattie.

Abilities

• Mystiokinesis: As a witch, he can perform and manipulate magic. He lost his magic after the goddesses disowned the clans. He regained the ability after Riley Oh became the new sun.
  • Hallucikinesis: As a member of the Gumiho Clan, he is skilled in illusion magic.
