Diana is the Roman goddess of the hunt and the moon. Her Greek counterpart is Artemis.
History
Romans depicted Diana more closely associated as the goddess of the moon than her Greek form. Diana lays claim to the witches instead of hunters. Even today, Wiccans still worship Diana as a symbol of powerful femininity.

Thalia Grace mentions Diana and Artemis to Reyna Ramírez-Arellano, saying that most of the hunters see them both as the same.

During the Battle of San Francisco Bay, she responds to her brother’s call for divine help, kills Tarquin, and heals Apollo of his poison. After the battle she asks Lavinia Asimov to join, but the daughter of Terpsichore refuses, disappointing the goddess.
Appearance
Diana resembles her Greek counterpart greatly, taking the form of an adolescent girl with long Auburn hair tied in a ponytail and silvery yellow eyes. She wears silver camouflage clothing.
Personality
Diana is said to be more aggressive, disciplined, militaristic, and warlike than Artemis. Diana has been known to turn her opponents into animals (mostly does this in her Roman form due to her new characteristics) it brings a quick end to arguments.[1]
Abilities
- Archery: As the goddess of hunting and archery, Diana is gifted with archery.
- Lunarkinesis: As the goddess of the moon, Diana has control of it.
