Fire-Embracer is one of the 42 judgement gods each one for different crime. He judges those who are guilty of robbery. This has made him paranoid, and he always thinks that Hot Foot has stolen his pudding.
The Serpent's Shadow[]
Fire-Embracer first appears at Sunny Acres Assisted-Living Community wrestling with Hot Foot because Fire-Embracer thinks Hot Foot has stolen his pudding. Later Fire-Embracer joins the rest of Sunny Acres and helps Sadie, Carter, and Zia escape from the Land of Demons by battling hordes of demons there. At the end of the book, Disturber rescues Fire-Embracer and Hot Foot from Sunny Acres and brings him back to the Hall of Judgement where together they will start judging the dead. Fire-Embracer is seen partying with everyone else after Apophis is beaten.
