The Initiation

When Hansoo is introduced to his teammate Kim Min, an alarm goes off indicating that the dome around the Gray Institute is compromised. After he, Min, and their instructor Lee Bina deduce that there is a problem with the meridian, the headmistress, Commandant Paik, brings them to her office to tell them they passed her test. After leaving he introduces Min to their other teammates, Duri, Chinsun, and Haru.

A few days later during a mock examination of a downed shuttle, the supernaturals in his group lose their magic and revert to their true forms. He and the others are shocked to learn Min is a fox spirit, but they focus on the matter at hand. Leaving the dragon Duri behind, he and the others investigate the institute and find other supernaturals have lost control over their powers as well. They see a ghost, but Min tells them he is her brother Jun and they move on. They reach the command center to find everyone out cold and he and Chinsun look after the wounded as Min and Haru fighters the Commandant, who has absorbed the magic of the supernaturals and transformed into a monster. After Duri sneaks in through the vents and subdues the Commandant, they let the dragon destroy the artifacts taking the magic and everyone regains their powers.
