Isla Holbox (pronounced owl-bosch) is an island in the Caribbean Sea. It is a part of the Mexican state of Quintana Roo in the Yucatán region.

The Storm Runner

After Zane Obispo defeats Ah-Puch, the island serves as the new home for him and his family.

The Fire Keeper

Zane starts his quest to find his father by getting the current location for his father. Later that night Ren Santiago arrives on the island. After saving his father the group returns to the island and has pizza.

The Shadow Crosser

After three months of finding godborns, Zane returns to the island with the last two, twins Adrik and Alana.

Trivia

  • Holbox is Mayan for Black Hole.
  • Although most people probably pronounce it as "hole box", the actual pronunciation is "ohl-bosh".
  • The island does not allow cars or trucks, only golf carts.
