The Jackson-Blofis Apartment is an apartment occupied by Sally Jackson and Paul Blofis, along with Sally's teenage son Percy Jackson and their daughter Estelle Blofis.
Layout[]
The apartment is on the top floor of a five story building. It consists of a combination kitchen and living area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

As Percy celebrates his fifteenth birthday with his mother, Tyson, and Paul, Poseidon stops by to talk with Percy. Before leaving Poseidon gives his son a Sand Dollar. Afterwards, Nico di Angelo arrives and speaks with Percy about a plan to stop Kronos.
The Last Olympian[]
After marrying Sally, Paul moves into the apartment. A few months later, Hestia sends Percy and Nico to the apartment to get Sally's blessing for Percy to bath in the River Styx.
