Mo's Promise is a perfume made by Daoud out of the desert hybrid variant of the Flower of Immortality found by Mohammed Aziz.

Just before the community garden is turned into a parking lot, Daoud takes the flowers and turned all but one into perfume while pressing the last one and keeping it in a portfolio. When Sikander Aziz finds out about the perfume, he tests some on the infected Belet Amari and cures her. After deciding to make more and hope it isn’t to diluted to work, they rush to Manhattan General Hospital, but are ambushed by demons and Sik is forced to go on alone. After Sik evades Nergal, he jumps into a storm cloud and watches as the perfume mixes with the rain. A few minutes later, a downpour of the perfume cures the city in what has come to be known as the Big Rain.
