Winston Chu Versus the Whimsies[]

Winston Chu stumbles across the shop as he is skateboarding with a pie and inadvertently stop a robbery. As thanks, Mr. Pang, the manager, offers him the first item he touches for free. Winston leaves dejected with a broom and dustpan. After things go missing around his apartment, Winston returns to the shop several times to find to both occupied and abandoned. Eventually Winston and his friends break in.

Officially, the space the store occupies has been vacant since 1980.
