Mrs. Lee is the elder of the Tokki Clan.

She and the other elders oversee Saturday services and, as it ends, they inform the congregation of the reopening of the library after a decade, an upcoming carnival, and that the excommunicated Hornagi Clan have tried contacting the elders.

Two days later she and the other elders oversee the initiation of Hattie Oh, after the girl passes she and the other elders watch in shock as Hattie and Riley perform a power sharing ritual. When Riley is revealed to be a member of the Horangi, she and the other elders give the Ohs a choice to make by the end of the week, either all of them will be stripped of their powers and excommunicated or just Riley with be banished.

Abilities

• Mystiokinesis: As a witch, she can perform and manipulate magic. She lost her magic, along with most of the gifted community, when the goddesses disowned their clans. She regained the ability after Riley Oh became the new sun.
  • Infusion Magic: As a member of the Tokki Clan, she is skilled in infusion magic.
