North America is a continent located in both the Northern and Western Hemispheres.

The North American country of the United States of America is the main setting of all the books.

All books, with the exception of The House of Hades, are set in North America. The main featured location is the continental United States with some chapters of The Son of Neptune and The Blood of Olympus set in western Canada and Puerto Rico respectively.

The Trials of Apollo[]

The series has, so far, been set in the continental United States.

Nico di Angelo and Will Solace start their quest to Tartarus in New York City by going to the Jackson-Blofis Apartment to speak with Percy and Annabeth.

Various location in North America, specifically the continental United States, appear in the books, such as Brooklyn in New York, and Memphis, Tennessee.

The New England region of the northeastern United States, specifically Boston in Eastern Massachusetts, is the main Midgard section of the books.

Trivia[]

In some countries, such as Spanish speaking countries, North America and South America are considered the same continent and called America.
North America, along with Oceania, are the only continents with no landlocked countries.
