The Riverside Palace Apartments is a building with fifteen apartments, formerly sixteen unit the roof of one of the apartments gave in and has yet to be fixed.
Description[]
Riverside Palace Apartments resembles a rundown two floor motel with peeling paint on the stairs and a variety of broken appliances.
After being bought by the Santiago family, the building goes under renovation to give it clean water, functioning temperature control, and clear windows.

Pao returns to the apartment after a day of training, and again after saving “Dante”. After receiving money from Señora Mata, Beto and Maria buy the building and renovate it to be more livable while putting the residents up in the best hotel in town.
