This should be changed to 'Lotus Hotel and Casino' as it is called in the book.
The word "ironic" is used wrongly in the trivia.
"the use of words to convey a meaning that is the opposite of its literal meaning: the irony of her reply, “How nice!” when I said I had to work all weekend."
- It is somewhat ironic that the motto for the hotel can be seen as an invitation or a warning. I mean the hotel is a trap, but it is kind of ironic that it tells you it is a trap right on the front door and yet, people go inside anyway. Also, the example you used above seems more like sarcasm, not true irony. But U degress. Irony can be used in many different ways and you only gave one definition of it, when there are tons of different ways to use irony. Darkcloud1111 God of Dark Clouds 00:22, July 20, 2013 (UTC)
